Abstract

|
Gangliocytomas are most often localized in either the spinal cord or the cerebral hemisphere for the most part in children and young adults. Intrasellar gangliocytoma is extremely rare and the majority of reported cases have been associated with growth hormone production and consequent acromegaly. We describe a case of mixed gangliocytoma and pituitary adenoma presenting with acromegaly and review the literatures.
